Housing For Physically Disabled People

The practice has wide experience of designing housing for physically disabled people to wheelchair user space standards. Many of the projects combine special needs housing with general needs housing.

Projects have been completed in South Wales and across the south of England, including Cardiff, Bristol, Thornbury, Weston Super Mare, Taunton, Wellington, Bridgwater, Southampton, Edgware, Ruislip, Chelmsford, Braintree, Rochford, and Norwich.

Amongst our past clients are the following charities working in the sector serving disabled people: John Grooms Housing Association, John Grooms Association for Disabled People, Scope, Disabled Living Foundation, Leonard Cheshire Foundation, The Winged Fellowship, and many housing associations providing housing for disabled people as part of their wider mission, including: Cadwyn Housing Association, Raglan Housing Association, Cardiff Community Housing Association, Hafod Housing Association
