Town Centre Improvement Schemes

We have worked on renovation and regeneration of properties in several projects within Town Centre Improvement Schemes.

Our work has often involved going beyond the basic brief of the grant funded initiatives. The initiatives target the occupation of street floor level and restoration of the façade in order to prime the revitalisation of the street whereas we have endeavoured to find sustainable uses for all floors of buildings.

Schemes include enabling the use of all five storeys in Victorian town centre premises; with street level office, basement offices and three floors of residential.

Illustrated are properties in Caernarfon; some being listed buildings; in the town square and opposite the castle; which is a World Heritage site.
